채용포지션: System Development Analyst 사원급 (계약직채용성과평가에따라정규직전환)

담당업무
ü Analyzes and evaluates computer and business systems by supporting design, implementation and testing by undertaking benefit, risk analysis and cost estimation. Assists in ensuring methodology is compliant with information technology guidelines.
ü Must be a communicator as first point of contact for front line sales forces, regional offices and HQ with answering the telephone, general e mail queries, etc., providing consistency within the office for our customers
ü Collaborate with business partners to understand BI needs.  Perform SQL based data mining and analysis to make recommendations for future business strategy. Drive engineering teams to enhance the capabilities of the BI platform
ü Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology
ü Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems
ü Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting of our Financial Edge and Raiser’s Edge systems
ü Provide minor programming for business some in-house IT projects
ü Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.

자격요건
ü Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project
ü Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities; Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities
ü Analytical and problem solving skills
ü Experiences in data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications
ü Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes
ü (Optional) Project management experience with effective results focus within an information systems environment
ü (Optional) English communication skills in both oral and writing
