Undergraduate program is designed to provide a strong background in chemistry for the students headed for advanced studies as well as for those committed to industrial research and development. The undergraduate curriculum offers a variety of core courses and electives in all areas of chemistry. After gaining a solid understanding of fundamental chemistry, mathematics, and physics, students are encouraged to develop their own interest into more applied aspects of chemistry or to initiate in depth studies of any chemistry area of their own personal choice. They are also encouraged to take the low level graduate courses and participate in ongoing research activities in chemistry or any related disciplines.
