High Power AlGaAs Laser Diode Array

We have fabricated the AlGaAs Laser Diode Array for Nd:YAG Pumping since 1993. There's a lot of techniques in Our Lab. such as MOCVD growth, fabrication, bonding and measurement. We made a 20W LDA last year. This year, We'll have a ~100W LDA by 2D Stack's.
