Even though the proceedings will be published by a local publisher this time, the formal format of the camera-ready manuscript should follow the format of "Lecture Notes in Computer Science" on Springer.
Each camera-ready manuscript must arrive until 30 Nov. 1998.

For LaTeX2e user :

Download  llncs2e.zip (zip file for PC) or  llncs2e_tar.gz (GNU zip and tar file for UNIX)

For MS Word user :

Download  word.zip (zip file for PC)
