InceptFinancial – Junior Trader/Quant Position
Junior Trader/Quant Candidate:

We are looking for candidates that want to passionately learn about finance, stock/derivative markets, and grow with the company in a team environment.
As a Trader at InceptFinancial, you will be trained to understand derivatives, dynamic hedging, market trends, and risk with position management. From the start, each Trader candidate will learn through books, lectures and work closely with Traders/Senior Traders to learn practical trading skills from the markets. You will be required to learn about multiple trading systems and become an expert in the derivatives field. InceptFinancial is built upon a global growth plan. All traders will get exposure to options, warrants, CBBCs and/or others while continuing to expand on new trading strategies from Market Making with theoretical values, to momentum and correlation trading. We look for candidates that will not only quickly absorb all the information but ready to adapt and apply new strategies to new markets and then to new financial fields. As a company built on trust and teamwork, the ability to work in a friendly team environment and grow with the company is a must.
Qualifications:
· Fluent or good understanding of English
· Technical academic degree preferably in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics/Physics, Engineering, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
· Some computer programming skills/exposure is a plus but not required. C++, C#, Java, VBA, R and/or MATLAB.
· Interest in financial markets is a must but no prior knowledge or experience is required.
· Desire to work with various technology and Algo-Developers to convert algorithms to trading solutions.
· Superb analytical and mathematical skills.
· Competitive attitude and eagerness to learn and improve.
· Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions under pressure.
· Desire and comfort in working in a team environment is a must.
