Surface profiler

A KLA Tencor Alpha Stepper 500 surface profiler provides the characterization in terms of determining film thickness and surface profiles, be it metal, dielectric or semiconductor. This is a very versatile system for precise measurement of very thin step heights on wafers and small samples. Flexible software allows analysis of up to 39 surface parameters with simultaneous display.
