Our optical measurement system consists of SpectraPro-300i monochromator (Acton research corporation) with dual exit port and triple grating, high-power Xe light source, photo-multiplier tube (PMT), sample chamber, optical fiber and various lenses and mirrors on vibration-free optical table. - Spectral responsivity of UV photodetectors
- Transmittance and reflectance of thin films
- Schottky barrier height through analyzing internal photoemission spectra.
