My Radio Station Description

Overview
Though I am not serious contester, my radio station is set up for SO2R(Single Operator 2 Radio) just for fun. All amplifiers at the right hand side are placed in the separated room by window from operating desk. Therefore, massive heat and fan noise from amplifiers are eliminated from operating position. And all working situation of amplifiers are  monitored  easily through the window while they are used.

Operating Desk
Two IC-765 are used for A and B radio respectively and Harris pre-selectors which are just above the transceivers are used instead of band pass filters.

And all these equipments are controlled by computer program with home made SO2R controller which is placed just above the LCD monitor.

Amplifiers
From left to right of this photo, 19" rack in the left of this photo is home made linear amplifier which use Russian vacuum tube GU-84B. In this rack, two amplifiers are equipped. One is above the control box and other one is below the control box. The below one is automatically tuned by band decoder.

Middle of this photo is also home made linear amplifier which use Russian vacuum tube GU-84B. This amplifier is used for low band only for 40 to 190 meters.

And right of this photo is SGC InterContinental 1000 1kw solid state automatic linear amplifier. This amplifier is used for normal QSO like ragchewing and remote-controlled station over the Internet when I leave my house for work or business trip. Amplifier  on the SGC is home made one for 15, 10, 6 meter. This amplifier uses two GU-74B.

Cable Entrance
Coaxial cables and rotator control cables come in the shack room through this bulk head. I installed this bulk head to disconnect all cables easy form here when a thunderbolt is close
.

5X2 Coaxial relay for SO2R
Coaxial cables from bulk head go to radio A and B respectively by home made 5x2 remote antenna coaxial relay which are controlled by home made band decoder for SO2R.

Station Diagram
This picture shows RF Diagram of my radio station for SO2R. Up to 4 transceivers and linear amplifiers are can be installed, but RIGA-1 and RIGB-1 on this diagram are not installed yet.
