QSL POLICY:
1. SEND YOUR QSL ONLY IN CASE YOU NEED MINE, because I don't need any QSL cards.
2. CHECK WHETHER YOUR CALLSIGN IS LISTED or NOT IN MY COMPUTER LOG before you send QSL. If you are not in my logs you will not get any reply.
If you are sure we made contact but not listed on the logs please send me an e-mail,
in the pileup a call is quickly misinterpreted, so perhaps I took your call the wrong way. give me exact time, frequency and mode then I will make the
necessary corrections.
3. Please send QSL DIRECT or use LoTW. As the KARL(Korean Amateur Radio League) Pohang
branch BURO which I am belong to does NOT service in/out going QSL properly so if you send QSL via buro I might not be able to get them and you will not get
response. As a result I inevitably recommend you to send QSL direct to above address by air mail. Or please consider using LoTW as an alternative to a paper
QSL card if you only need credit for ARRL award like DXCC. My computer log is up loaded to ARRL's "Log of the world" once a week. For more details
about LoTW go to
http://www.arrl.org/lotw
4. Cards sent with a self-addressed envelope but no return postage will be replied to within a week by airmail.
5. Cards sent with return postage but no self-addressed envelop will normally receive an airmail reply as well but as I can't spend all my time writing out
envelopes reply maybe delayed.
6. If your country requires that a return address is marked on the envelope, write it on for me, I will not do this.
7. Return postage should be one of the following:
a. 1 US Dollar (preferred)
b. 1 Valid new-style IRC
