We discuss recent topics in databases and Web-scale data management in this class. This class is designed for you to experience "daily grinds" of researchers, in particular, surveying and reviewing peer work, carrying out your own research, and eventually, selling your work at conferences.
Cheating will not be tolerated in this course. Students are encouraged discuss things related to courses and assignments but the materials handed in for individual assignments must be his/her own.
