The Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) in South Korea is seeking outstanding applicants of all ranks to fill tenure-track faculty positions at the Department of Electrical Engineering. Applications are invited in all fields of Electrical Engineering with emphasis on (1) Emerging Electronic and Photonic Devices (Semiconductors, 2D Materials, and Organic/Bio Materials), (2) Computer Vision or Image Signal Processing, (3) Embedded System or Computer Architecture, and (4) Wireless Network or Communication Security. Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or in a related field, and have outstanding scholarly research experience and/or potential and teaching interests. Successful candidates will be expected to teach courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, to develop an internationally recognized, externally-funded research program, and to contribute to the operation and promotion of the department, college, university, and profession through service. The expected position start date is March 2017.

5) A detailed statement of research interests and plans

7) At least three recommendation letters submitted to FSC directly from the recommenders.
