It is an organization established to contribute to the creation of a human rights-friendly and equal academic community by protecting human rights and improving the rights and interests of POSTECH members.
- The Human Rights Center was established on September 1, 2020, to protect POSTECH members from various human rights violations (sexual harassment, sexual violence, hatred, discrimination, violence, etc.) within POSTECH and to provide a happy community that communicates and cares by embodying human dignity and value.
- We are working to realize a university academic community.
- The Human Rights Center also operates various programs to protect the rights and interests of graduate students and create a healthy laboratory culture.

Main Activities
On human rights violations: Consultation and case handling
* Sexual harassment, sexual violence, workplace bullying, etc.
- Counseling support for human rights violation cases
- Receiving related damage reports and investigating and processing incidents
Creating a healthy laboratory culture
- Production and distribution of promotional materials
- Operating programs for each member to create a healthy laboratory
- Campaign to spread a culture of mutual respect within the laboratory
Protection of member rights
- Human rights/gender equality prevention education
- Activities to create a human rights-friendly campus
- Survey and research on the human rights of first-year and current students
